Our policy offers a full refund before Sunday 12pm from the time you ordered. Request an order cancellation in your My Account page. Click orders and then click cancel request.

ellaandbeau.com.au and our payment process will make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
